Bar Hire

We aim to provide the ultimate bar service for your event, you can build
your bespoke bar hire package in three steps.


All options include

  • Setup and decoration of our luxury horsebox bar.

  • Two experienced and friendly members of staff.

  • All glassware, straws and napkins..

Open Bar

For hosts that want to leave everything to us. We will provide our fully staffed and stocked bar.


We also offer a drinks token system, all you need to do is decide how much you want to spend on drinks for your guests. We will provide drinks tokens for your guests to use at the bar. 



Open bar hire fee is £495 for 5 hours.

Need longer? Addition hours are £99 per hour.


Dry Bar

You provide the drinks,  we provide the bar and staff to serve them with exclusive hire of the trailer. Fully staffed and ready for your event.


Dry bar hire fee is £595 for 5 hours.

Need longer? Additional hours are £99 per hour.

An additional corkage fee may apply, get in touch to find out more.


Drinks Packages

Choose from one of our drinks packages that suits your budget, with the option to mix and match different drinks.


Optional extras can be hired with the horsebox bar and set up before your guests arrive.


  • Two prosecco ladders

  • Two bar tables and six stalls

  • Five haybales with blankets

You can also add one of our events carts or our wedding postbox.


Bar Hire Information

  • A booking fee of £295.00 is required to secure our mobile bar for the date of your event.

  • The first 30 miles to your venue are free, addition miles are charged at £0.60 per mile.

  • Bar hire is for a minimum of 5 hours.

  • Hiring duration includes one hour of setting up.
